For purchases made online, you can exchange your purchases online and in-store.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, After 14 days, we will no longer accept exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean or unblemished, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2297 W 41st Ave, Bergland, 3254, Austria

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us, However, we will cover the cost to ship out replacement items in the case of an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.


Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items

Accessories except loungewear sets cannot be exchanged. Please contact if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
